Anthony Tattan has 25 years of Sales & Marketing and Management experience in technology, software, telecoms, and more recently the international arena with expansion into South Africa.
2022 saw Anthony leave his role as Commercial Director with leading Cloud VOIP technology company IP Telecom with offices in Ireland and South Africa after 10 years of spearheading the company growth and expansion; and where he split his time between overseeing both Channel and Direct growth in both regions achieving massive action and aggressive activity.
Anthony has since started two companies: Outsource Sales Director and Business IN South Africa.
Outsource Sales Director offers experienced sales leaders who can slot into senior management teams and advise on company strategies including mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing team development, and revenue growth strategies.
Business IN South Africa works with Irish and European companies who wish to export or expand into South Africa, or vice versa. Working closely with the South African Embassy in Dublin to co-ordinate events, and host delegates and functions promoting commercial relationships between Ireland and South Africa. With a network of advisors and consultants in both regions, Anthony and Business IN South Africa are uniquely positioned to facilitate introductions, offer advice and assistance and enable and empower businesses across international borders.
Between 2019 – 2022, Anthony also sat on the board of directors of Business Ireland Southern Africa‘s Cape Town division (BISA), which works with companies in an advisory/networking capacity who wish to export or expand from South Africa into Europe via Ireland or indeed from Ireland into South Africa.
BISA is closely affiliated with Enterprise Ireland and both the Irish Embassy in South Africa (Pretoria) and the South African Embassy in Dublin.
From 2010 to 2015 Anthony ran his own successful Outsource Sales & Marketing Company – Avoca Sales Solutions – delivering strong results year on year for clients in the Software, Technology, Recruitment, Exhibitions, Telecoms and other industries.
Prior to that, Anthony was the Director of Client Sales Services for Action Coach Business Coaching Ireland from 2007 to 2011.
Anthony’s skills and expertise lie in enabling and empowering businesses to deliver on targets, margins and profitability.
Never afraid to ask the difficult questions he works with management teams to accelerate growth through a range of proven strategies and methodologies.
Anthony’s experience of working with market leading cloud technologies and tools helps businesses “weaponise their workforce” and not get left behind in the move to more modern work practices.
